A to Z Survey

This (tag?) has been going around for awhile but I learned about it yesterday from Jessie over at Such A Novel Idea It was originally created by The Perpetual Page-Turner They are both amazing blogs and I frequent the pair. ;)

The Idea of this tag is to list, in alphabetical order, your bookish habits, likes, dislikes etc.
So without further ado, let's get started!

Author you’ve read the most books from:
Jen Calonita. She has written eleven books so far. I have read her Secrets of My Hollywood Life Series, the beginning of the Belles *REVIEW LINK* Series, and one of her novels. She is my all-time favorite author.

Currently Reading:
(I'm not... I'm in the middle of typing up this blog post.)
The Selection By Kiera Cass and Sarah Dessen's What Happened to Goodbye. I am reading both because I am participating on a challenge on Goodreads and my partner and I choose Sarah Dessen's book.

Drink of Choice While Reading:
I don't usually drink (or eat) when reading. I'll read for an hour or two and then I'll take a break, work on daily life stuff, and then read again. But if I had to put something down, I would put coke or Iced Sweet Tea with Lemon. (Yes I capitalized those... that's a serious drink!)

E-reader or Physical Book?
I have an Andriod Tablet but prefer a physical copy of a book. I like to smell the book (yeah, you read that right) I like to hold them book, I like to break the spine, I like to throw the book (when it makes me mad). There are so many things you can do with a physical copy that you can't do with a digital copy.

Fictional Character You Probably Would Have Actually Dated In High School:
Defenitly Edward (The Twilight Saga by Stephanie Meyer) or Brayden (Belles by Jen Calonita)

Glad You Gave This Book A Chance:
When It Happens by Susane Colasanti. I put the book down for a while because of the adult content. I ended up picking it for another TBR pile and forced myself through it. It. Was. Awesome.

Hidden Gem Book:
The English Roses Series by Madonna

Important Moment in your Reading Life:
My life becoming chaotic and showing me that reading helped me through that. Even though I was in a reading slump for most of this year, I found that I missed it so much and discovering that I liked it as much as I did made me come back to it. I wasn't a big reader until I turned nine!

Just Finished:
Lock & Key by Sarah Dessen
Read The Review HERE

Kinds of Books You Won’t Read:
Erotic, Shape Shifters, Werewolves, Vampires (Other than Twilight of course... don't hate me!)

Longest Book You've Read:
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows

Major book hangover because of:
There's No Place Like Home. It was the last book in Jen Calonita's Secrets of My Hollywood Life Series and left me speechless for days. I absolutely hated that book.

Number of Bookcases You Own:
Three, I recently got them as a gift. I used to have two dark brown ones but now I have three that match my desk!

One Book You Have Read Multiple Times:
Twilight by Stephanie Meyer

Preferred Place To Read:
My Desk Chair (a really uncomfortable chair... odd.)

Quote that inspires you/gives you all the feels from a book you’ve read:
"We read to know we are not alone" - C.S. Lewis

Reading Regret:
Buying books without knowing the stories premise.

Series You Started And Need To Finish(all books are out in series):
1. Half Upon A Time by James Riley *REVIEW LINK*
2. Private by Kate Brian
3. The Nine Lives Of Chloe King by Liz Braswell
